Cindy Baer Webster has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Murray State University in Kentucky, a Master of Arts in Education from Western Kentucky University, eighteen years of experience in teaching art for both public and private schools and 14 years of experience in painting wall murals. She paints both indoor and outdoor murals, as well as trompe l’oeil, faux finishes, designs, furniture, helmets and other objects. She has painted over 400 murals that range in size from 3 feet to 242 feet in length. Her work is on display in many schools, churches, hospitals, businesses, and private homes in a four state area that includes Oklahoma, Missouri, Arkansas and Texas. Although Cindy is based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma she is willing to travel wherever she is needed. She has actively participated in the Tulsa Parade of Homes, the Tulsa Designer Showcases, and various school and charity auctions.

     Cindy’s murals create a fun, warm and welcoming atmosphere to any room or facility. Cindy believes that murals are more than just decorative pictures. Murals play an important part in our history and culture and can serve as useful educational tools. She welcomes the opportunity to be an artistic role model for others.  She has given lectures and demonstrations for various school groups as she works in front of a project. She willingly discusses techniques, answers questions and gives tips to would be artists and curious onlookers as they watch her transform empty walls into creative works of art.
